This is great. My wife (a development exec) often points out that she started her career reading scripts, a vanishing need in Hollywood (as well as countless other lower rungs on the ladder). Those initial roles don't just teach hard skills, but soft ones.
My writing was improved by editors at a my first newspaper job (gasp) who took the time to go over each paragraph with me. I didn't just learn the how, but the why. Most importantly, I built the relationships that I could return to for counsel, even as I moved out of the industry.
Your advice is spot on. I know there are a lot of IRL meetups happening for senior level creative people, but I haven't found many that mix levels. That would be so valuable.

I don’t think it will only impact the newcomers, it’s about integrating AI into the workflow at various levels.
